  About the Designer

Sheree Lincoln established BrassWind Designs because of her love for art and design. Sheree has been designing houses for years; now the houses are just on the Web in the form of Web sites. Let Sheree design your home on the web!

This talented artist started designing Web sites for the internet as early as 1996. Yahoo Internet Life Magazine featured an article about an educational Web site she had designed about Elephants. In 2004 Sheree decided to go back to school to advance her technical skills. She enrolled at Baker College Online and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a certificate in Web Design. Sheree is looking forward to many new design projects. Let Brasswind Designs help you define your web space and create a web identity of your own.

In her early education she graduated with an Art Major from Greenwich High, in Connecticut. That school supported the arts with a very expansive art and architecture department. She went on to take more art and design classes at New York School of Interior Design in New York City, New York. She then spent a year at S.U.N.Y at Brockport, New York taking business administration, psychology, economics and other classes which are helpful in the business world. Sheree has over 30 years of diversified business experience to draw from Wall Street to Real Estate. You may view Sheree's business resume here.

Sheree was born in Michigan and returned in 1985 to be closer to family. Sheree and her husband, Richard, a retired Food Science Biologist and classical trumpet player live in Fremont, Michigan, home of Gerber Baby Food. He started building custom wood boats and in November of 2007 after having a booth at the new Fremont Farmer's Market they opened an Art Gallery and gift shop in the lobby and lounge of a historical Bed and Breakfast Inn in downtown Fremont. Sheree moved her web design office there as well. For hobbies they enjoy archery and sailing on their boat Brass Wind, a Triton built in 1962 by Pearson Yachts. In honor of the September 11th tragedy Sheree fulfilled a childhood dream and became a firefighter. Sheree served as volunteer Firefighter 1889 for White Cloud Area Fire Rescue from 2002 until 2006 when back surgery intervened. She now is finding more time for her own painting, designing beaded jewelry and making soy candles for the gallery. Most of all she is enjoying showcasing other artists at the Gallery. The opening of an art Gallery with espresso and cappuccino a has been a goal of Sheree's for many years. With the BrassWind Gallery being located at the Indigo Inn, Sheree can focus on art and design and let the proprietor of the Indigo Wireless Cafe, Marilyn, of focus on serving the specialty coffees and teas. Please stop in visit, browse the gallery and have a cup!
